A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment.

• Your deposit secures your selected date and appointment time.

• The $25 will be applied toward the remaining balance of your service.

• Your appointment is not considered secured until the required deposit has been received.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits cannot be transferred to another client.

• A deposit is payment toward a specifically reserved appointment and should not be considered an open-ended account credit.

• If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled outside the permitted terms, or missed, a new $25 deposit may be required to book again.

If you choose or are required to pay for your appointment in full before your service:

• Your payment reserves the specific date and time selected.

• Prepaid appointments are subject to the same cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies as all other appointments.

• Prepaid appointments are non-refundable once the applicable cancellation window has passed.

• A missed prepaid appointment will result in the payment being forfeited.

• Payments for missed appointments will not remain available as indefinite credit.

• A payment from a missed appointment cannot be reclaimed weeks or months later.

• A new payment or deposit will be required to secure a future appointment when the original payment has been forfeited under these policies.

I understand that plans can change.

• At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment without forfeiting your deposit.

• Each appointment may be rescheduled one time.

• Your rescheduled appointment must take place within 7 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling a second time will require a new $25 deposit.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the original deposit.

• Any remaining balance or new deposit required must be paid before another appointment is secured.

If you need to cancel, please contact GlamGirl Aesthetics as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will not result in an additional cancellation fee; however, the $25 booking deposit remains non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late cancellations.

• Late cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit or applicable prepaid amount.

• A new deposit is required before booking another appointment.

• Repeated cancellations may result in additional booking requirements or refusal of future appointments.

A client is considered a no-show when they do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide appropriate notice.

• No-shows automatically forfeit their $25 deposit.

• If the appointment was paid in full, the applicable prepaid amount will be forfeited.

• No-show payments will not be transferred to a future appointment.

• A new deposit/payment will be required to book again.

• After repeated no-shows, GlamGirl Aesthetics reserves the right to require a larger advance payment or decline future appointments.

Please plan to arrive on time so your full appointment can be completed.

• A 10-minute grace period is provided.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a $15 late fee.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be canceled or rescheduled if there is no longer enough time to safely and properly complete the service.

• If an appointment must be canceled because of excessive lateness, the deposit may be forfeited.

• A new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

• Appointment times will not be extended when doing so would interfere with the next client's scheduled appointment.

To maintain a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment:

• Please arrive alone unless otherwise approved.

• No additional guests are permitted to wait in the service area.

• Children are not permitted unless they are receiving an approved service or prior arrangements have been made.

• If you require assistance or accommodation during your appointment, please contact me before your appointment.

A lash fill is maintenance for an existing set—not a replacement for a full set.

To qualify for fill pricing:

• Fills should generally be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your previous lash appointment.

• You must arrive with at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.

• If fewer than 40% of your extensions remain, your appointment may be considered a full set and charged accordingly.

• Excessive grown-out lashes may need to be removed before new extensions are applied.

• Please book the appropriate amount of time for your lash needs.

For the best application and retention:

• Arrive with clean lashes and a clean eye area.

• Do not arrive wearing mascara, strip-lash adhesive, eyeliner, heavy eye makeup, or oily products around the eyes.

• Please clean your lashes thoroughly before your appointment.

• Excessive makeup or buildup may require additional cleaning time and could reduce the amount of time available for your service.

• Avoid excessive caffeine immediately before your appointment if it causes eye movement or restlessness.

• Use the restroom before your service whenever possible.

• Please silence your phone and prepare to keep your eyes closed throughout the lash application.

I want every client to feel comfortable communicating any concerns.

If you believe there is an issue with your service:

• Please contact GlamGirl Aesthetics within 24 hours of your appointment.

• Include clear photos when appropriate so the concern can be evaluated.

• If a correction is appropriate, an available correction appointment may be offered.

• Correction eligibility is determined after the service and aftercare circumstances are reviewed.

• Attempting to remove, alter, or have another artist modify the work before contacting GlamGirl Aesthetics may affect eligibility for a complimentary correction.

Because appointments involve reserved time, labor, professional products, and customized beauty services:

• Deposits are nREFUNDSon-refundable.

• Completed services are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not provided simply because a client changes their mind after a completed service.

• Eligible service concerns should be reported within 24 hours so an appropriate solution can be discussed.

• Missing an appointment does not create eligibility for a refund.

• Payments forfeited under the cancellation, late-cancellation, no-show, or prepaid appointment policies will not be refunded at a later date.

💵 PAYMENT

• The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

• Please be prepared to use an accepted payment method.

• Prices are subject to change.

• Any applicable add-ons, upgrades, removals, corrective work, or late fees will be added to the final service total.

• Please review the service and price selected before completing your booking.

Before-and-after photos may be taken to document my work and your lash results.

If you do not want your photos used for marketing or social media, please notify GlamGirl Aesthetics before photos are taken or posted.

By booking with GlamGirl Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
